The RL2-147KBB is a motor power cable manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and assigned to the RL2 Motor Power Cables series. It belongs to the Rexroth Cable product group and is intended to route drive output to a C (M50) terminal-box connection on synchronous or asynchronous motors used in automated machinery. This cable uses three main conductors with a cross section of 25.0 mm². That conductor area helps carry allowable current and limit resistive losses. The power cores are insulated for a rated voltage of 600/1000 V, while the internal control pairs are rated for 450/750 V, allowing mixed-function wiring inside a single sheath. A thermally stable insulation system allows the copper strands to reach a continuous conductor temperature of +90 °C without degradation. Mechanical endurance is rated for 5,000,000 bending cycles in a defined track, making the cable suitable for energy-chain motion in high-duty production cells. The outer jacket is made of PUR, which resists cutting oils and provides abrasion protection so the cable maintains dielectric integrity during repeated flexing. The cable uses a basic unshielded design, which keeps diameter and weight low where electromagnetic compatibility permits.

The minimum dynamic bend radius is 7.5 × D, while stationary routing allows a static bend radius of 5 × D. The cable can operate at ambient temperatures from -30 °C to +80 °C, covering unheated start-ups and warm cabinet interiors. An Orange (RAL 2003) outer jacket improves visibility along the drag chain and helps identify power wiring by color.
