This basic four-core supply line is engineered for field installation between an IndraDrive inverter and a second-generation servo motor. By combining power conductors and integrated signal pairs in a single sheath, the cable transmits phase current and auxiliary sensor lines without separate routing, which helps keep machine wiring more orderly in automated cells. It is intended for axis layouts where a compact motor connection is preferred over running multiple separate cable assemblies.

The cable's power stage uses a 4x25 mm²+2x(2x1.5 mm²) conductor layout, meaning four 25 mm² copper cores feed the motor phases while two paired 1.5 mm² auxiliaries carry brake or sensor circuits. A total copper cross-section of 25.0 mm² per phase supports current delivery with low voltage drop. For insulation coordination, the power wires are rated for 600/1000 V while the control pairs operate at 450/750 V, so one cable can handle drive output and low-voltage services without conflict. The PUR jacket limits the outside diameter to 29.8 mm, and its orange RAL 2003 color helps identify energized motion wiring. The motor side uses a C-size M50 terminal box that supports tool-free assembly, and the cable is intended for direct connection to the drive without intermediate terminal strips.

During motion, the line respects a dynamic minimum bend radius of 7.5×D, so routing through cable chains is possible without exceeding conductor strain. In stationary installations, the minimum bend radius is 5×D. The class-5 copper strands can run continuously up to 90 °C when clamped, or 80 °C under flexing duty, which suits the thermal range commonly used for servo motor connections. A leakage capacitance of 0.6 nF/m helps keep common-mode currents low and supports stable electrical behavior on motor leads.
