The RL2-066KBB is a motor power cable produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and delivered within the RL2 Motor Power Cables series. Designed for connecting second-generation IndraDyn motors to their drive modules, the cable transfers three-phase power and embedded feedback conductors through a single shielded assembly. In automated machinery, it forms the link that carries drive output to the servo axis while tolerating constant motion in drag-chain layouts and multi-axis gantries.

Bending resistance supports use in dynamic cable tracks, and this model is rated for 5,000,000 flex cycles before fatigue limits are reached. Its copper conductors have a cross-sectional area of 25.0 mm², supporting the continuous currents permitted by the drive at the specified voltage class. Termination uses an M-thread circular plug; the housing dimension is M58, and the coding follows the A/B key system for polarity control and mismatch prevention. The cable is matched to the 2nd motor generation, so pin configuration, shielding, and impedance align with newer drive families. Control pairs inside the bundle are rated for 450/750 V, allowing encoder supply and brake circuits to share the same routing while staying within safety categories. The PUR jacket resists oils and weld spatter, which helps protect the cable in industrial routing paths.
