Bosch Rexroth Indramat's RL2-065GBB is a pre-assembled motor power and feedback cable in the RL2 Motor Power Cables series. The assembly belongs to the Rexroth Cable product group and is intended to connect second-generation IndraDrive servo motors to their drive converters in automated production lines. It carries three-phase motor power together with signal pairs for temperature or brake circuits in one bundled run.

The power cores have a cross section of 6.0 mm² and are accompanied by a 4 x 0.75 mm² signal bundle plus auxiliary pairs sized 2 x 1.0 mm² and 2 x 1.5 mm². A molded circular connector in size M58 is fitted to the motor end to match the IndraDrive MS2 interface, allowing direct connection without re-terminating conductors. The PUR outer jacket, finished in RAL 2003 orange, resists cutting oils and supports continuous drag-chain motion while maintaining voltage ratings of 600/1000 V for the power cores and 450/750 V for the signal conductors. Overall cable diameter is limited to 18.2 mm, which helps the assembly pass through standard energy tracks and control cabinet gland plates without excessive fill. Its low-smoke, halogen-free construction reduces corrosive gas release during overheating events.

Leakage capacitance of 0.5 nF/m helps limit reactive current when the cable is driven by high-frequency PWM inverters. The conductor insulation can operate at a permanent temperature of +90 °C in fixed installation, matching the thermal class of connected servo windings. The cable requires a minimum static bend radius of 5 x D and a dynamic bend radius of 7.5 x D to reduce copper fatigue during repetitive motion. Its basic layout keeps weight and stiffness moderate while preserving the correct pin allocation for brake, temperature, and protective earth circuits on compatible second-generation motors.
