The RL2-064HBB belongs to the RL2 Motor Power Cables series produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This basic-design cable delivers three-phase power and auxiliary signals between a drive controller and a second-generation Indramat motor in automated equipment. It is intended for applications that need a ready-made cable assembly rather than loose bulk cable. The assembly uses motor-side and cabinet-side connectors, so the cable can be connected without field termination and with consistent shielding through the full power run.

The cable combines power and auxiliary conductors within one outer jacket to keep routing compact. Each power core has a cross-section of 10.0 mm², providing current capacity suited to servo acceleration and continuous motor load. A factory-mounted connector with a thread size of M58 (A/B) mates to the motor housing and keeps the connection secure during machine motion. The outer jacket is made of PUR (Orange RAL 2003), which resists abrasion and common industrial contaminants on moving cable chains. The cable has an overall diameter of 22.2 mm (±1.0 mm), which helps determine carrier space and bend planning. The power conductors are rated for 600/1000 V, while the integrated auxiliary conductors are carried in the same sheath for a simpler cable layout.

In fixed routing, the conductor temperature can reach 90 °C, and the cable remains serviceable down to -30 °C. During continuous flexing, ambient operation is permitted up to +60 °C, while dynamic movement uses a lower conductor temperature limit than stationary installation. Leakage capacitance is limited to 0.5 nF/m, which helps control EMC behavior when longer motor leads are required. For stationary runs, the outer jacket can operate up to +80 °C, and continuous flexing is limited to 80 °C at the conductor.
