In its basic construction, the cable contains four Class 6 copper line cores plus four 0.75 mm² auxiliary conductors arranged in a symmetrical bundle. The main phase cores have a cross-section of 6.0 mm², allowing continuous current transmission suited to the matched servo stage, and the conductor layout follows the 4x L + 4x 0.75 mm² pattern. The cable uses a Direct Connection topology, so no junction box is required between the cabinet and the machine axis. The motor end terminates in an M40 Power Connector that matches the Plug V geometry on MS2x devices, while the drive side uses the mating power insert for that platform. The cable is suitable for operation, storage, and shipment across a temperature range of -30 to 80 °C, which allows it to remain usable in cold storage areas as well as warmer operating environments.
