The RL2-046EBB is a motor power cable produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RL2 Motor Power Cables series. Designed for servo drive installations, this cable carries drive output to a second-generation Rexroth motor, while integrated signal cores transmit temperature or brake data needed during machine operation. By combining power and auxiliary conductors in one assembly, it simplifies routing in dynamic drag-chain applications and helps maintain stable electrical performance during repeated motion. The cable is intended for automated systems that require dependable power transfer and consistent signal transmission along moving axes.

Its mechanical life reaches 5,000,000 flexing cycles when routed in an energy chain, which supports high-duty pick-and-place and gantry applications. The outer jacket is made of PUR, so it resists oil, abrasion, and weld spatter in industrial environments. Each power conductor has a cross-section of 2.5 mm², providing low impedance for currents associated with medium-frame synchronous motors.
