It serves as the power link between second-generation MS2x servo motors and compatible drive amplifiers in automated machinery, carrying three-phase motor current and protective earth through a pre-assembled industrial connector. The cable is intended for drag-chain installations in systems where repeated axis movement requires stable electrical transmission and secure routing. Because the assembly is supplied with finished terminations, it provides a ready-to-install connection path between the drive and the motor without on-site conductor preparation.

During operation, the cable tolerates ambient air from -30 to +80 °C, allowing mounting near motors or drives that cycle between cold starts and sustained duty. Its copper conductors have a cross-section of 2.5 mm², which balances current capacity, voltage drop, and flexibility for moving axes. The cable is rated for 5 000 000 bending cycles in dynamic chain applications, with a minimum bending radius of 7.5×D in motion and 5×D in fixed routing. These limits support repeated flexing in energy chains while helping prevent jacket strain in stationary sections. Its Basic design uses a jacket compound suited to general-purpose oil resistance.

Inside the sheath, the conductor arrangement is 4×L + 4×0.75 mm², so the cable includes the main power conductors together with smaller auxiliary conductors used by compatible MS2x motor functions. The assembly mates directly with IndraDrive inverters and uses a direct connection layout between the drive and motor, so no adapter lead is required. This arrangement keeps the connection path straightforward in machine layouts where cable routing space is limited.
