Its design targets cable chains and articulated robot arms used in packaging, printing, and material-handling equipment.

The conductor cross-section of 1.5 mm² allows the cable to carry standard motor phase currents while minimizing voltage drop over typical machine lengths. For the power cores, it is rated to 600/1000 V, giving adequate insulation margin for three-phase supplies, whereas the integrated signal pair is limited to 450/750 V so encoder or brake circuits remain protected without excessive insulation thickness. During continuous motion, the cable may bend down to a dynamic radius of 7.5 × D. Once clamped in a fixed tray, the minimum static radius is 5 × D. Heat tolerance is divided by installation type: when laid permanently, the copper can reach 90 °C, but during constant flexing it must stay below 80 °C to avoid insulation softening. A high-visibility sheath of PUR (Orange RAL 2003) resists oil and coolant splash and remains easy to identify in crowded cable runs.
