By pairing a molded keyed connector with a compact conductor set, the cable is intended for dynamic routing inside drag chains and articulated robotic axes where consistent electrical contact must be maintained during continuous motion and high cycle counts.

The mechanical profile emphasizes endurance. The cable is rated for 5,000,000 flex cycles, so users can place it in high-duty energy chains without premature conductor fatigue. During motion, the minimum loop size is limited to a 7.5 x D dynamic bending radius, whereas stationary runs may tighten to a 5 x D static radius; both limits help avoid compression of the 1.0 mm² copper cores. A PUR (Orange RAL 2003) outer sheath resists oil, coolant, and abrasion, while the Basic design keeps overall diameter low to save space in multilayer cable tracks. For moving sections, conductor temperature must stay below 80 °C to preserve insulation life.

Electrical parameters complement the flex rating. The conductor set uses a 4x L + 4x 0.75 mm² layout, separating power and signal paths to limit crosstalk when the motor runs at switching frequencies. For fixed routing, the conductors can operate continuously up to 90 °C, enabling higher cabinet temperatures without derating. Drive outputs of 600/1000 V for power and 450/750 V for signal pairs are supported, allowing the same lead to handle both stator supply and encoder reference lines. Termination is completed with an M17 (D) quick-lock connector that mates with the keyed port on compatible Rexroth motors for a secure connection.
