The RL2-001CBB is a motor power cable produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RL2 Motor Power Cables series. It links IndraDrive controllers directly to MS2x servo motors, carrying three-phase supply energy and auxiliary circuits without intermediate terminal blocks. The assembly carries motor power and auxiliary conductors in one cable jacket, which reduces the number of separate cable runs between the cabinet and the moving axis. As a power cable for automated machinery, it supports direct installation between second-generation motors and their drives.

The conductor cross-section is 1.0 mm², which balances current capacity with routing flexibility in compact drag-chain paths. Its conductor layout of 4 x L + 4 x 0.75 mm² includes four power cores and four smaller auxiliary leads inside the same jacket. This arrangement lets motor power and supporting circuits travel together through one routing path, helping keep moving cable bundles compact. Mechanical life is rated for 5,000,000 bending cycles, making the cable suitable for continuous-motion axes. During dynamic motion, the cable must follow a minimum bend radius of 7.5 × D to help prevent conductor fatigue and maintain shielding performance. Operation can start at ambient temperatures down to -30 °C, which supports use in cold storage or winterized facilities.

Thermal loading is limited to 80 °C, so the jacket temperature must remain below this value during operation. When the machine is stationary, a bend radius of 5 × D is permitted for tighter routing inside cabinets or fixed machine sections. An integrated M17 Power Connector mates directly to the motor housing, and the opposite end connects to the drive for a sealed cable run. This setup helps maintain a clean connection point at the motor and supports enclosed machine wiring. Compatibility with IndraDrive amplifiers allows the cable to be used without an adapter harness, and it remains distinct from feedback or brake leads in the same RL2 line.
