Bosch Rexroth Indramat's RKL4777 belongs to the RKL Motor Power Cables series and is intended to carry three-phase power and auxiliary signals between servo drives and motors in automated machinery. The cable is delivered as a fully terminated assembly, so it can be installed without field crimping or soldering. Its orange jacket provides quick visual identification in control cabinets and cable carriers, which helps separate motor power leads from feedback and network wiring. The design supports continuous-motion applications such as gantries, pick-and-place axes, and multi-axis machining centers, where repeated flexing and stable electrical transmission are required.

The cable is rated for 5,000,000 bending cycles, making it suitable for high-duty drag-chain routing. During motion, a minimum dynamic bend radius of 7.5 × D helps protect the copper conductors from fatigue. The adhesion-free matte sheath is made of PUR, which resists cutting oils and weld spatter while remaining flexible at low temperatures. With an outer diameter of 25.5 mm, the cable fits standard carrier cross sections without taking excessive space in moving cable packs. Its power conductors use a 4 × 16.0 mm² layout for low-impedance delivery to high-torque servomotors. It also includes two unshielded 1.5 mm² control pairs for brake release or temperature-sensor circuits, so power and auxiliary functions can be routed in one assembly.

For static cabinet runs, the cable can be bent to a radius of 5 × D without exceeding insulation strain, and its DC loop resistance is 1.21 ?/km at 20 °C to help limit voltage drop over longer distances. Factory-installed connectors, including RLK1301 on the drive end and RLS0724 (K16) on the motor end, provide a ready-to-connect interface at both ends and keep the termination format matched to compatible hardware. For custom harnesses, the same construction is available as bulk cable INK0606, and the jacket color follows RAL 2003 orange for clear identification in machine wiring. This arrangement supports fixed cabinet routing as well as preassembled motor power connections in automated equipment.
