The RKL4776 cable is a motor power cable produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It links an IndraDrive or other Rexroth controller to a synchronous motor, delivering the three-phase supply while carrying brake and sensor conductors in the same sheath. The factory-crimped RLK1301 plug mates with the motor housing, and the RLS0721/K16 connector mates with the drive, so installers can route the assembly through cable chains without on-site termination or extra junction boxes.

Rated for 5,000,000 bending cycles, the cable supports long-term dynamic use in gantry and pick-and-place axes. A 7.5×D dynamic bending radius specifies the tightest loop permitted while the cable is moving, protecting insulation from repeated strain. The mixed-core geometry of 4×16.0 mm² + 2×(2×1.5 mm²) keeps power and control conductors separated yet compact. Each phase conductor uses 16.0 mm² power cores, limiting heating at high current, and the auxiliary pairs use 1.5 mm² control pairs so brake coils or PTC sensors receive adequate current without over-sizing the bundle.
