The RKL4775 motor power cable is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RKL Motor Power Cables series. This product routes three-phase power and auxiliary control signals between Rexroth servo drives and compatible motors in automated machinery. Its design supports continuous motion in cable chains and robotic dress packs, providing a dedicated link that withstands repetitive movement while preserving electrical integrity during repeated acceleration and directional changes.

As a dynamic cable, the RKL4775 is rated for 5,000,000 bending cycles and is intended for high-duty linear transfer systems. The overall sheath diameter measures 25.5 mm, enabling compact routing in energy tracks while still housing low-resistance power conductors. A typical distributed capacitance of 1.2 nF/m helps keep drive switching transients within predictable limits. Each power core has a cross-section of 16.0 mm² and is insulated for up to 300/500 V under VDE classifications. During motion, the minimum dynamic bending radius is 7.5 × D, where D is the outer diameter, reducing conductor fatigue inside tight loops. The outer PUR jacket is matte and adhesion-free, which simplifies withdrawal from guide channels and resists cutting oils.

Separate twisted pairs inside the bundle handle encoder enable lines, and their copper area is 1.5 mm² to support low-voltage logic currents without excessive voltage drop. These auxiliaries use the same insulation family but are limited to 300/300 V because they serve a control function rather than motor power delivery. When installation space is restricted, static runs may be fixed at a minimum bend of 5 × D to protect dielectric strength while the cable is clamped in place. Factory-crimped connectors, type RLK1201 on the motor side and RLS0723/K16 on the drive side, eliminate field soldering and preserve the shielding concept from device to device.
