The RKL4762 cable is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It is a ready-made power lead that links an IndraDrive inverter to its corresponding motor in automated handling, packaging, and machining cells. The assembly is built for moving-axis installation, supplying three-phase power and control auxiliaries while maintaining stable electrical and mechanical performance in continuous duty. Its preassembled format keeps conductor assignment consistent between the drive and motor ends, which supports reliable power and auxiliary signal transfer during repeated axis travel.

The RKL4762 uses a power core cross-section of 10.0 mm², giving the conductors a low-impedance path that supports steady current to motors in moderate power ranges. Its insulation and spacing allow a maximum power wire operating voltage of 600 VAC, matching common cabinet supplies in factory automation. Flex performance is rated for a life of 5,000,000 bending cycles, so the cable can withstand continuous carrier motion without conductor fatigue. During movement, the shielded bundle may bend to a dynamic radius of 7.5 × D, which helps reduce loop length inside drag chains. Mechanical protection is provided by a PUR (adhesion-free, matte) outer jacket that resists oil, weld spatter, and abrasion.

The copper strands exhibit a conductor resistance of 1.91 ?/km at 20 °C, which helps limit voltage drop over typical machine lengths. Termination is factory crimped, with a RLS1302 (C10) connector on the drive end and an RLK1301 plug on the motor end for direct connection to matching interfaces. A static installation can follow a minimum bend radius of 5 × D. The cable is not intended for torsional loading, so it should not be used in applications that twist along vertical robot axes. Two auxiliary pairs are integrated, with wires 5-6 using 1.0 mm² strands and wires 7-8 using 1.5 mm² strands for brake release or temperature sensor circuits. The bulk cable type is INK0605.
