The RKL4758 cable is a preassembled motor power lead produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It links compatible servo drives to rotary or linear motors so that three-phase power and auxiliary lines are carried through a single bundled harness. With an overmolded plug, effective shielding, and durable insulation, the cable suits automated assembly cells, material-handling gantries, and packaging stations. Its electrical layout is matched to the drive family's current, voltage, and noise requirements for stable closed-loop motion. The bundled design also helps keep motor and control connections organized along moving machine axes.

Inside the sheath, an 8-conductor arrangement uses a core layout of 4x1.5 mm² + 2x(2x0.75 mm²), separating motor phases from paired control cores to keep crosstalk low. Termination to the drive is accomplished with an RLS1102/C02 angled plug that locks with bayonet lugs and seals the housing against dust ingress. The power legs are rated for 300/500 V, while the paired signal leads are intended for lower-energy control circuits. A polyurethane jacket identified as PUR surrounds the INK0650 bulk cable and provides oil and abrasion resistance on moving drag-chain routes. Control pairs carry 300/300 V signals for brakes or sensors, keeping them separate from the higher-energy motor phases.
