RKL4751 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat

The RKL4751 is a motor power cable supplied by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It links an Indramat drive controller to a motor terminal box so that three-phase power and auxiliary sensor lines are carried in one assembly for automated machinery and material-handling cells. This arrangement reduces the need for separate parallel cables between the cabinet and the motor, which helps keep routing more organized along machine frames, drag chains, and panel exits. It is intended for servo systems that need a dedicated cable for both motor power delivery and related auxiliary connections.

The conductor layout is 4x35.0 + 2x(2x1.5) mm², with four large conductors for the main phases and two doubled signal pairs for temperature or brake monitoring. The cable is rated for 600 V AC, so it can be used on standard low-voltage industrial networks without requiring a separate step-down arrangement. It has an overall diameter of 30.8 mm and a static minimum bend radius of 5 × D, which supports fixed routing around panels, cable trays, and machine frames without placing excessive stress on the jacket. In continuously moving applications such as energy-chain runs, the minimum bend radius increases to 7.5 × D so repeated flexing places less strain on the conductors during cyclic machine motion.

For fixed installation, the cable can be used from -30 to +40 °C, and for moving operation it can be used from -20 to +40 °C. The outer jacket is a chemically resistant PUR blend that withstands cutting oils and common cleaning agents found on factory floors, which helps preserve flexibility and surface durability in daily operation. At the controller end, the molded RLS0724 (K35) plug mates directly with Rexroth power modules, while the opposite side terminates in the RLK1401 motor interface for straightforward connection at the motor. The assembly uses the INK0667 bulk cable, giving the power and auxiliary circuits a consistent conductor structure across the full cable length.
