The RKL4735 is a prefabricated motor power cable produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It links servo drives to matching motors, transferring three-phase power and auxiliary control signals in automated machinery. Its molded connectors eliminate field wiring and shorten installation time, while the cable design supports motion applications that require continuous flexing inside cable tracks and robot joints.

The copper core arrangement follows the [4x16.0 mm² + 2x(2x1.5 mm²)StC]C format, meaning four 16 mm² power conductors are bundled with two twisted control-wire pairs shielded by tinned copper braid. A finished outer diameter of 25.5 mm sets tray spacing and clamp selection. Each power core uses a cross-section of 16.0 mm², which helps support low voltage drop under drive currents. System voltage compatibility is rated at 600 V AC (UL), so the assembly can be routed in panels that follow North American listing rules. On the controller end, an angled RLS0723 (K16) connector mates directly to IndraDrive power terminals, eliminating adapter hardware.

The mechanical service life reaches 5,000,000 flex cycles, which suits high-duty linear modules that run around the clock. During motion, the cable may bend dynamically to a minimum arc of 7.5 x D; when fixed, the static radius can be reduced to five times the cable diameter without overstressing the insulation. A jacket of PUR (adhesion-free, matte) resists coolants and weld spatter while maintaining surface integrity in manufacturing cells. Line losses are limited by a conductor resistance of 1.21 Ohm/km, which supports precise current control over long runs. Additional characteristics include the INK0606 bulk cable reference, the RLK1401 motor plug, and 1.5 mm² signal pairs for auxiliary connections.
