A line-to-shield capacitance of 0.8 nF/m limits reactive current during high-frequency PWM operation, while a conductor resistance of 3.30 ohms/km helps keep voltage drop within drive tolerances over typical cable runs. The molded controller-side plug is RLS0723 (K06), which mates directly with compatible Rexroth drive modules rated for 600 V AC power wiring, and a static bending radius of 5xD is suitable for fixed tray routing.

During continuous motion in energy chains, the cable tolerates a dynamic bend of 7.5 x D, which helps protect the internal shields from fatigue. The outer jacket is PUR, giving resistance to cutting fluids and embedded metal chips while maintaining flexibility at machine temperatures. On the motor end, the factory-crimped RLK1401 connector seals against spray coolant and bonds the braid to ground.
