The RKL4575 is a motor power cable manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It is routed between drive controllers and servo motors inside automated machinery, carrying three-phase power while tolerating continuous motion inside cable tracks and articulating assemblies found on pick-and-place axes, gantries, and robotic wrists. The cable is intended for moving-axis applications where repeated bending and stable electrical performance are both required during normal machine operation.

This model is rated for 5 million dynamic bending cycles, so it can withstand long production runs in high-duty drag chains. A polyurethane jacket keeps contaminants out, and the external diameter of 25.5 mm helps determine conduit selection and sealing hardware. The cable handles up to 600 VAC, matching the output range of many Rexroth inverters. Copper loop resistance is limited to 1.21 ?/km, which helps reduce resistive losses and maintain voltage at the motor terminals over extended lengths. When the axis must articulate sharply, the flexible design allows a minimum moving bend radius of 7.5×D, helping prevent conductor fatigue while still fitting within compact carrier links. A tear-resistant PUR outer sheath pairs with a static bend radius of 5×D, so fixed routing inside cabinets places little strain on the cores.
