The RKL4527 is a motor power cable manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It is intended to link drive controllers to synchronous or asynchronous motors in industrial automation, carrying both main power conductors and auxiliary cores required for brake release, sensor supply, or temperature monitoring. Its polyurethane outer sheath, listed as adhesion-free and matte, resists oil and abrasion while maintaining flexibility inside moving-axis cable tracks.

This model has a power core cross-section of 6.0 mm², giving sufficient ampacity for medium-frame drives, while the overall outside diameter measures 18.5 mm, a dimension that affects cable gland and conduit selection. Line resistance is rated at 3.30 ?/km, so voltage drop over typical machine lengths remains low. The power conductors are rated for up to 300/500 V, while separate control pairs are limited to 300/300 V and remain electrically isolated inside the composite bundle.
