The RKL4447 is a motor power cable manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It is intended to link servo drives to their corresponding motors in automated machinery, carrying three-phase energy as well as low-level control signals inside a single assembly. By merging these functions, the cable minimizes panel wiring, shortens installation time, and maintains consistent electrical behavior in high-cycle industrial automation environments.

The main power bundle contains 4x6.0 mm² conductors, a cross-section chosen for moderate-current servo axes and to limit voltage drop over typical machine lengths. An overall diameter of 18.5 mm helps determine bending radius and supports tray or drag-chain selection during system layout. Line-to-shield capacitance is rated at 0.8 nF/m; this low value reduces reactive current and eases the load on drive output filters at high switching frequencies. Each copper core exhibits a DC resistance of 3.30 ?/km at 20 °C, which supports predictable heat-rise calculations for continuous-duty applications. A thermoset PUR outer jacket resists mineral oils, welding sparks, and repetitive flexing so the cable can be deployed in moving-axis carriers without additional conduit.

Visual identification and safety labeling are simplified by its Orange (RAL 2003) sheath, a standard color for energized motor conductors in many plant guidelines. The cable is supplied under bulk designation INK0604, allowing OEMs to order cut-to-length rolls for multiple machines. Two auxiliary power pairs of 2x(2x1.5 mm²) are embedded for brake or fan supply lines, preventing separate harnesses. Precision feedback or sensor loops can be routed through the integrated control cores sized at 2x(2x1.0 mm²), which keeps encoder and thermal contacts within the same flexible envelope and preserves shielding continuity along the entire motion axis.
