The RKL4427 is a flexible motor power cable manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It is intended for servo-drive installations where compact routing through drag chains and moving machine axes is required. By transmitting three-phase power and auxiliary signals in a single sheath, the cable streamlines wiring inside automated cells, robots, and CNC machinery.

The mechanical rating of 5,000,000 bending cycles indicates the number of flex motions the cable can withstand before conductor fatigue becomes probable, making it suitable for continuous-motion carrier tracks. During rapid traverses, the installation can be exposed to peak accelerations up to 10 m/s²; the cable geometry and stranding are engineered to maintain dielectric integrity under that load. Current paths are organized in a 4x6.0 mm² + 2x1.0 mm² + 2x1.5 mm² layout, so three power phases, a protective conductor, and two control pairs share the same jacket without crosstalk.
