By matching conductor sizes to typical drive outputs, it maintains stable voltage and minimizes thermal rise in fast-moving gantries, pick-and-place units, and other dynamic axes where precise electrical delivery is critical for closed-loop motor control.

The mechanical service rating reaches 5,000,000 bending cycles, indicating how many repetitive strokes the cable can endure before conductor fatigue is expected. Internally, it follows the composite layout 4x6.0mm² + (2x1.0mm²)StC + (2x1.5mm²)StC, so three phase conductors share space with two shielded control pairs in a single sheath. Electrical loss is limited by a DC conductor resistance of 3.30 ohms/km, which helps keep I²R heating low over long runs.
