The RKL4413 motor power cable is supplied by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RKL Motor Power Cables series. This flexible assembly links drive controllers to servo or spindle motors in automated machinery, transmitting three-phase power and control voltages with low electrical loss. Its construction and insulation are intended for dynamic cable-track duty, so the product supports continuous-motion axes where compact routing, repeatable flexing, and mechanical abrasion resistance are required in industrial automation cells and production lines. By combining power and auxiliary circuits in one cable, it helps simplify routing between the control cabinet and the motor.
Primary electrical characteristics begin with an operating rating of 300/500 V, which suits low-voltage drive systems commonly used in packaging, printing, and handling equipment. For mechanical installation, a fixed section may be laid to a minimum bend radius of 5 x D, while moving sections running in energy chains must observe a radius of 7.5 x D to reduce conductor fatigue during repeated motion. The outer sheath is a PUR (adhesion-free, matte) compound that resists oil, coolants, and welding spatter while preventing sticking between bundled runs. Current losses are limited by a loop resistance of 3.30 ?/km, which supports stable motor performance over longer cable runs without excessive heat buildup.
Inside the composite core, the bulk cable type is INK0604, which is used to identify the cable construction for compatible assembly selection. Visual identification in busy control cabinets is straightforward because the sheath uses the industry-standard color RAL 2003 (orange), making it easier to distinguish from feedback or communication cables. Power delivery relies on a grouped conductor set of 4×6.0 mm²+2×1.0 mm² StC+2×1.5 mm² StC, providing three motor phases, protective earth, and auxiliary signal lines in a single jacket. Signal behavior under high-frequency drive pulses is supported by a capacitance of 0.8 nF/m, which helps maintain consistent electrical performance during rapid acceleration cycles.
