RKL4411 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat

The RKL4411 motor power cable is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It routes three-phase power and auxiliary control circuits between a Rexroth drive controller and its matched servo motor in manufacturing cells, conveyor modules, and other automated axes. By combining power cores and paired control wires inside a single industrial sheath, the product reduces cabinet wiring and supports predictable electromagnetic behavior for closed-loop motion control.

Beneath the orange sheath, bulk cable type INK0667 arranges four power conductors with a cross section of 35.0 mm² alongside two twisted control pairs. The overall diameter of 30.8 mm sets routing clearance in cable ducts, while a conductor resistance of 0.554 ?/km limits I²R losses over long motor leads. The control conductors use a 4 x 1.5 mm² layout, and a discharge capacity of 1.2 nF/m helps reduce common-mode noise. The power circuit is rated for 300/500 V, and the separate control cores are rated for 300/300 V, enabling use with standard low-voltage encoder electronics. The 4 x 35.0 mm² power configuration supports transient motor currents without exceeding the listed resistance, and the terminal connections fit size 3 motor junction boxes.

The cable's conductors withstand a continuous temperature of 90 °C, matching the heat generated by repetitive acceleration cycles. A PUR jacket resists oil and coolant exposure while maintaining flexibility, although the assembly is not intended for drag-chain installations with millions of cycles. Protection against high-frequency interference is provided by total shielding, and visual identification on the factory floor is simplified by the RAL 2003 (Orange) outer color. The shield connection provides a low-impedance grounding path that helps maintain stable drive signals during normal machine operation and motor switching events.
