RKL4410 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat

The RKL4410 cable is a finished motor power lead produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It is intended for three-phase distribution between a drive module and a servomotor in automated machinery, allowing power and protective earth to be routed through a single factory-prepared assembly. By supplying pre-terminated conductors, the design removes the need for on-site cutting and stripping and helps keep connection resistance consistent across identical machines.

This model is delivered as a Ready-Made Power Cable, so every conductor is cut to length and jacketed at the factory. The internal cores are color-coded for the U/V/W designations used on Rexroth drive terminals, simplifying phase identification. Each core offers a copper area of 25.0 mm², which supports the continuous current demanded by medium-frame MSK and MKE motors. Mechanical fastening to the motor housing is handled through a metric entry with a thread size of M50 × 1.5, which mates with the strain-relief gland at the motor interface. Inside the motor connection area, the conductors terminate in a Terminal Box size 3, which provides adequate clearance for ring lugs, insulation boots, and the ground bonding strap.

At the cabinet side, incoming power is received on a Terminal Strip, while the auxiliary conductor is already fitted with a Wire End Ferrule to maintain strand integrity under clamp pressure. The drive output leads connect to a Terminal Block that follows the same pitch used on Rexroth supply modules, which helps maintain a clean connection layout. For grounding, a forged lug sized at M8 engages the chassis stud next to the drive, so no adapters are required. The phase cores themselves arrive with identical crimped sleeves, matching the U-V-W termination requirement and reducing insertion time during installation.
