The RKL4403 motor power cable is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It connects servo drives to their associated motors in automated machinery, carrying three-phase supply and auxiliary signals in one assembly. This cable type is selected when machinery requires a pre-engineered interconnect that meets machine tool, packaging, or assembly line duty cycles while remaining compatible with the manufacturer's drive controllers.

A static bending radius of 5 x D means the cable should not be bent tighter than five times its outer diameter when it is routed on a panel or machine frame, while the dynamic radius of 7.5 x D applies when the cable moves continuously on cable carriers. With an outside diameter of 18.5 mm, space can be allocated accurately in drag chains or conduit. The internal layout follows the composite bundle 4x6.0 + 2x1.0 + 2x1.5 mm², so three power cores plus ground and two pairs for brake or sensor leads run under the same sheath. The dielectric structure yields a mutual capacitance of 0.8 nF/m, which matters on high-frequency inverter outputs because it affects permissible cable length before reflected-wave voltages rise. The orange jacket follows RAL 2003 coding for clear identification, and its PUR compound resists oils and abrasion encountered on machining centers. The power cores retain their individual 6.0 mm² cross section through repeated motion because the cable is suitable for drag-chain installation and contains no halogens, which reduces toxic off-gassing during a fire. The insulation system is rated to 600 V, aligning with common industrial supply classes and allowing the same cable type to serve drives from low-power axes to medium-power main spindles.
