The RKL4353 is a preassembled motor power cable manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It links servo drives to moving motors inside automated lines, supplying three-phase power and auxiliary conductors while tolerating constant motion typical of gantries, pick-and-place axes, and palletizing robots. By combining matched connectors and a flexible jacket, the cable offers a ready-to-install solution that simplifies wiring and maintains electromagnetic compatibility in dynamic industrial automation. This arrangement supports repeated travel where fixed wiring would be more vulnerable to twisting and bending during normal machine cycles.

Bending life reaches 5,000,000 flex cycles in continuous drag-chain service, allowing the conductor set to endure rapid axis travel without fatigue. The overall diameter of 12.2 mm keeps the bundle small enough for narrow energy guides, while a permissible dynamic bending radius of 7.5 × D helps prevent conductor strain during motion. During installation, the bend radius can be limited to 5 × D because no cyclic stress is applied. The outer sheath is formed from PUR (adhesion-free, matte), a material that resists oils and weld spatter and slides freely against cable trays, helping maintain smooth travel in festoon and chain systems.

Line-to-shield capacitance is 0.8 nF/m, a value that helps drive controllers maintain clean pulse patterns over long runs. Copper conductors with a resistance of 13.3 ?/km and a cross-sectional area of 1.5 mm² support stable current flow for servomotors rated up to 300/500 V on the power pairs, while auxiliary pairs remain within the 300/300 V limit. Prefabricated connectors RLS1101 on the motor end and RLS0721 on the drive end reduce assembly time and preserve shielding continuity. This supports reliable operation where power and control cables run close together in the same carrier. The cable functions from -30 °C to 80 °C, matching temperature demands found in machine tool, packaging, and material-handling environments.
