RKL4352 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat

The RKL4352 motor power cable is built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It is supplied as a ready-connected assembly for linking IndraDrive or Diax drives to synchronous servo motors in automated machinery. The cable carries motor power and protective grounding through one assembly, which supports moving-axis installations that need dependable electrical continuity. This format is suited to applications where the cable harness travels repeatedly with the machine. Because it is delivered as a finished cable set, connection quality is consistent at both ends and routing work is simplified inside the cabinet and at the motor. Its intended use includes axes that cycle frequently and need a compact power connection between the drive and motor.

Its plug-and-play terminations consist of a RLS1201 motor-side plug and a RLS1102 drive-side plug, eliminating field crimping and preserving shield integrity. The core conductors are rated for 5,000,000 bending cycles, so the assembly tolerates high-duty drag-chain travel. During dynamic movement, the minimum loop radius is 7.5 × D, where D is the outer diameter, while stationary routing can tighten to 5 × D without exceeding mechanical stress limits. Maintaining the proper bend radius helps reduce jacket strain and limits conductor fatigue during repeated motion. These mechanical limits help size energy chains, swivel arms, and cable carriers in packaging lines, pick-and-place axes, and gantry systems.

The cable is supplied in a Ready-Made version, so both ends arrive with installed connectors and the assembly can be routed directly into the machine. The Basic variant omits additional brake or sensor pairs to keep the bundle compact. Continuous operation is allowed up to 80 °C and down to -30 °C, and the same storage limits protect the insulation when the cable is kept off the machine. This temperature range suits warm control cabinets as well as unconditioned storage areas. It also supports handling and storage before the cable is installed on the machine.
