RKL4341 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat

The RKL Motor Power Cables series from Bosch Rexroth Indramat includes the RKL4341, a molded power cable designed to link synchronous servo motors to their drive controllers in automated machinery. As a dedicated motor supply line, it routes three-phase power, protective ground, and auxiliary sensor lines through a single jacket, simplifying cabinet wiring and motion-axis installation. High cycle life and continuous-flex construction let the cable operate in drag chains, robots, and other moving carriers used in assembly, packaging, and material-handling cells.

Electrical capacity is set by the primary conductors, each sized at 25.0 mm², allowing low-loss delivery of high motor currents. A separate auxiliary core of 1.5 mm² carries brake release or temperature signals without requiring a second harness. Repeated motion is supported by a service life of 5,000,000 flex cycles when the cable is installed in drag-chain guides. During dynamic operation, the cable must be routed with a minimum loop of 7.5×D, while static runs may use 5×D so the internal insulation is not overstressed. These bend radii are given relative to the outer diameter, which helps with tray and carrier spacing during layout planning.

The jacket compound is identified as INK0607, which provides oil resistance and mechanical stability from -30 °C up to 80 °C. Factory-fitted circular connectors simplify assembly; the drive-side plug is RLS1301, and the motor-side counterpart is RLS1302. Both plugs use the C25 shell size for compatibility with motors that accept that frame dimension. A green-yellow PE core provides clear protective-ground identification. The cable also maintains its electrical properties at the -30 °C minimum so cold-start applications in unheated plants can retain flexibility without cracking.
