RKL4336 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat

The RKL4336 is a pre-assembled motor power cable produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the RKL Motor Power Cables series. The assembly links servo drives to synchronous motors in automated machinery, combining three-phase power leads, a protective earth, and integrated control conductors so power and auxiliary signals share a single routed harness. Factory-installed RLS1301/C03 and RLS1302/C03 connectors allow quick cabinet-to-motor connection and remove the need for on-site crimping.

High dynamic applications are supported by a flex-rated life of 5,000,000 cycles. During motion, the cable can bend down to a minimum radius of 7.5 × D, while static runs may use the tighter 5 × D limit; these values protect the copper stranding from fatigue. An outer diameter of 14.8 mm keeps tray fill manageable and fits standard clamp glands. Inside that envelope, the power core set is arranged as 3x2.5 mm² + PE 2.5 mm², giving balanced phase impedance and a matched ground conductor for fault clearing. Four 1.0 mm² signal pairs travel in a separate bundle, separating low-level brake or temperature circuits from the main power conductors.

The assembly carries a maximum line potential of 600 V AC. Mutual capacitance is 0.7 nF/m, keeping drive-side leakage currents low on long runs. Power losses over distance are limited by a conductor resistance of 7.98 ?/km, supporting stable voltage at the motor terminals. The outer sheath is a PUR compound that resists oils and weld spatter and remains flexible from -20 to +40 °C in moving installations. These thermal and chemical properties let the RKL4336 occupy cable tracks on packaging lines, pick-and-place gantries, and other axes that combine continuous motion with confined routing spaces.
