RKL4305T by Bosch Rexroth Indramat

The RKL4305T power lead is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It is a ready-made power cable intended to link Indramat servo drives to their synchronous motors, supplying three-phase energy and protective earth in automated machinery. The assembly simplifies installation because it arrives pre-terminated and is built for torsional movement, which is common in articulated robots and dynamic gantries. Its design supports applications where the cable must move with the axis instead of remaining in a fixed routing path.

As a torsion version of a ready-made power cable, the RKL4305T uses phase conductors with a cross-section of 1.0 mm² to carry the main motor current while limiting voltage drop over typical axis lengths. The built-in motor plug is the RLS1101 bayonet connector, and the drive-side interface is the RLS1102; both are keyed to help prevent wiring errors and allow quick disconnection. During fixed routing, the cable can be bent to a static radius of 5xD without stress damage, which supports compact panel layouts. A PVC outer jacket guards the core bundle against oils and abrasive contaminants often found near machining stations.

For movable chains or rotating axes, the dynamic rating allows repeated flexing to a minimum curve of 7.5xD, which helps reduce conductor fatigue during long operating cycles. Auxiliary control lines inside the sheath feature a cross-section of 0.75 mm² for brake or sensor supply, and they converge at the bulkhead connector RLS1105 so the cabinet wall can be sealed without cutting the assembly. The raw cable code is REL0753, indicating a finely stranded copper design with halogen-free insulation. Color identification is maintained by the protective-earth core in Green-Yellow (GNYE), and the whole cable remains functional between -30 and 80 °C for cold starts and demanding industrial duty.
