This model is rated for 5,000,000 bending cycles, indicating how often it can flex under dynamic routing before conductor or jacket fatigue becomes critical. A 7.5xD dynamic bend radius is the tightest curve allowed while the machine is in motion, and staying above this limit helps prevent signal degradation and mechanical strain. When the machine is idle, the cable may rest in a tighter arc down to a 5xD static bend radius without damaging the copper strands. The assembly is a ready-made cable type, meaning both ends arrive pre-crimped and molded, so field cutting or soldering is unnecessary.
