The RKL0093 cable is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the RKL Motor Power Cables series. Designed for servo applications, it links the drive amplifier to synchronous motors, carrying both phase current and auxiliary control signals through a single, mechanically protected assembly. Within an automation cell, this pre-assembled cable simplifies routing, preserves signal integrity, and withstands continuous motion typical of gantry axes, pick-and-place units, and articulated robots. The combined layout also reduces the need for separate cable runs between the cabinet and the motor, which helps keep moving harnesses orderly.

A bending life of 5 million cycles qualifies the RKL0093 for energy-chain installations that operate around the clock. A sheath diameter of 12.0 mm keeps the bundle compact while leaving enough copper and insulation for thermal dissipation. The power conductors are arranged as 4x1.0 mm², providing balanced three-phase and protective-earth paths, while the feedback and brake loops use a paired shield of 2x(2x0.75) mm². Motor termination on the load side is handled through a keyed Plug Connector RLS1101, allowing secure locking and strain relief during connection. This conductor arrangement supports power transmission and keeps the auxiliary circuits organized within the same cable assembly. Its compact cross section also helps the cable fit common drag-chain guides without taking up excessive space.

Controller connection is made with the mating Plug Connector RLS0725, so installation time is shortened and pinout errors are avoided.
