RKL0060 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat

The RKL0060 is a pre-assembled motor power cable manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It links drive controllers to synchronous or asynchronous motors in automated lines, transferring three-phase power while also carrying control cores for brake and sensor functions. The assembly is sized for cabinet-to-machine connections and arrives complete with an RLS0749/K03 controller-side plug and an INS0481/C03 motor plug, eliminating field terminations. By matching mechanical, electrical, and chemical properties to dynamic machine environments, the cable supports continuous-motion axes and stable drive operation.

The cable sheath diameter measures 14.8 mm, a dimension that affects conduit selection and helps estimate thermal dissipation in dense routing. Power conductors are rated for 300/500 V insulation class, allowing the cable to operate on standard industrial power networks without additional protective tubing. Each power core uses copper with a cross-section of 2.5 mm², balancing current capacity and flexibility, while two auxiliary control cores carry brake signals at 1.0 mm². A jacket of PUR (adhesion-free, matte) resists oil, coolant, and abrasion so track rollers do not seize on sticky surfaces.
