RKL0043 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat

The RKL0043 is a flexible motor power cable produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and listed in the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It carries three-phase power and auxiliary control signals between drive controllers and servo motors along moving axes. The cable is intended for continuous motion while maintaining reliable current delivery in industrial automation cells and robot gantries.

The cable core is engineered for repetitive flexing. It is rated for 5,000,000 bending cycles, meaning it can move through that number of articulated strokes before conductor fatigue becomes critical. During motion, the design calls for a minimum bend radius of 7.5 × D, while fixed routing allows a tighter radius of 5 × D; staying within these limits helps prevent kinking and insulation stress. The power conductors have a cross-section of 16.0 mm², which supports three-phase current without excessive heating.
