RKL0032 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat

The RKL0032 motor power cable is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It is a ready-made power lead that connects an IndraDrive inverter to a servo motor, carrying phase conductors and auxiliary cores required for feedback components. By providing a pre-terminated solution, the cable reduces wiring time and maintains signal integrity along moving axes used in material handling cells, robotics, and packaging lines. Its mechanical characteristics accommodate dynamic routing in energy chains common to automated production environments.

Mechanically, the cable diameter is 18.5 mm, allowing routing through standard drag-chain channels while still housing the mixed-size conductors. The internal bundle follows a 4x6.0 + 2x1.0 + 2x1.5 mm² layout, so power cores and control pairs are separated for low crosstalk. Copper resistance is 3.30 ?/km, keeping voltage drop low over typical machine lengths. A tough PUR outer jacket shields the bundle from oil and abrasion, and the assembly is certified for drag-chain use, ensuring movement without jacket cracking. Thanks to this construction, the cable supports a dynamic bending radius of 7.5×D during motion and a static radius of 5×D when clamped in place, meeting the flex requirements of axis carriers.

The underlying bulk cable is designated INK0604, and the factory termination converts that reel stock into a plug-and-play harness. The drive-side interface uses the coded RLS0747 connector, while the motor side is fitted with RLK1301, so installation is limited to a single mating action at each end.
