Stationary routing may use a smaller bend radius of 5 x D without overstressing the copper strands. Power enters through an over-molded RLS1101 connector and exits through an angular RLS0747 plug, which helps organize cable routing near the motor housing. These terminations reduce the chance of pinout errors and provide strain relief matched to the cable jacket diameter. The over-molded ends also help limit movement at the cable terminations during repeated axis travel.
