The Bosch Rexroth Indramat RKL0014 is a ready-made motor power cable supplied in the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It links drive controllers to servomotors in automated machinery, carrying phase conductors, protective earth, and braided shielding in a compact assembly that supports continuous motion applications. By integrating factory-terminated connectors and a flex-optimized jacket, the product simplifies wiring on production lines and maintains signal integrity under repetitive dynamic loads typically found on gantries, pick-and-place arms, and indexing tables. Its preassembled layout also reduces the chance of wiring errors that can occur when power cables are cut and terminated on-site.

The cable is rated for 5,000,000 flexing cycles, so it is suitable for long-running energy-chain motion. During movement, the conductors may bend to a dynamic radius of 7.5xD, whereas stationary installation only requires a minimum arc of 5xD. With an outer diameter of 12.0 mm, the assembly fits common carrier separators and gland fittings without excessive fill. The outer jacket is molded from PUR and resists abrasion and chemical splash, which helps protect the cable in industrial areas where oil, coolant, and repeated handling are common. This combination of bend capability and jacket toughness supports both moving cable tracks and short fixed sections near the machine frame.

The drive end is equipped with the compact RLS0745/K01 controller connector, while the motor side uses the keyed RLS1101/C02 plug for direct connection to compatible equipment. A multilayer foil and braid provide total shield coverage that helps reduce conducted and radiated noise between the inverter and motor leads. For fixed routing areas, conductor insulation is approved for continuous operation up to 90 °C, allowing the cable to carry current without early insulation breakdown. The keyed connector arrangement also helps maintain correct orientation during installation and supports secure mating at both ends of the run. Factory-crimped terminations and the ready-made format remove the need for field assembly, which helps keep installation quality consistent across modular automation equipment.
