RKH0905 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat

The RKH0905 is a ready-made hybrid cable manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RKH Hybrid Cables series. It is intended for servo and I/O systems that need combined power and signal routing in one assembly, so one cable can serve functions that would otherwise require separate runs. Combining multiple conductor types under one sheath helps reduce routing complexity inside machines, keeps moving-axis cabling organized, and leaves less crowding around cable carriers, drive controllers, and field devices. That layout also reduces the number of separate cables that must be secured along a moving axis, which can simplify harness management in compact automation cells.

Each cable is supplied with a Plug Connector RHS0011 on one end and a Plug Connector RHS2322 on the other, which eliminates on-site crimping and keeps the termination layout consistent from end to end. The assembly is rated for 5,000,000 continuous flexing cycles, making it suitable for energy chains and cable tracks that see repeated motion over long operating periods. During movement, the cable requires a minimum bend radius of 10 x D, while fixed installation may use a tighter radius of 5 x D. Following those bend limits helps protect the internal conductors, shields, and insulation from stress during repeated travel.

The polymer insulation maintains dielectric strength at temperatures up to 80 °C during operation and remains flexible down to -40 °C. This temperature range supports use in heated enclosures as well as colder material-handling areas, and the same limits also support storage and transport in unconditioned spaces. The cable uses a halogen-free outer sheath with oil and coolant resistance, which suits industrial areas where fluids may contact the jacket during normal machine operation. That combination is useful near machine tools, transfer systems, and enclosed production equipment where both temperature variation and incidental fluid exposure are common.
