RKH0611 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat

The RKH0611 is a flexible motor supply and feedback cable produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RKH Hybrid Cables series. It combines motor power conductors and feedback lines in one sheath, reducing the number of separate cables that must be routed between the drive controller and the servo motor. This single-cable format helps keep moving cable runs orderly in automated machinery with limited installation space. By carrying power and feedback in the same run, it also reduces the number of connection points along the axis. It is especially useful on axes that travel repeatedly, because one combined cable is easier to guide through a carrier than separate power and signal leads that must bend independently.

The cable arrives as a ready-made assembly, so the terminated ends can be connected directly at installation instead of being prepared in the field. It is classified as a hybrid cable because the motor power conductors and signal pairs share one outer jacket while remaining organized for their separate electrical functions. During motion, the cable requires a minimum bending radius of 10 × D, and fixed routing permits a tighter radius of 5 × D. Its flex life is rated for 5 million bending cycles, which suits repetitive travel in cable chains and similar motion-guided routing.

Both ends use the RHS0016 circular connector, allowing direct connection to compatible IndraDrive hardware without adapter fittings. The conductor arrangement follows the Basic design, which matches the pin assignment used with small-frame servo motors. The cable can operate continuously from −40 to 80 °C, and the same temperature range applies during storage. This temperature tolerance supports use in cold start conditions as well as in warmer enclosed equipment spaces where cables remain routed close to drives, motors, and other heat-producing components.
