RKH0600 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat

The RKH0600 hybrid cable is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the RKH Hybrid Cables series. It is designed for industrial automation systems that need combined power and signal transmission between drive controllers and servomotors. By integrating multiple conductor groups inside one flexible jacket, the assembly simplifies routing, reduces panel space requirements, and supports continuous motion in cable carriers. This arrangement also helps keep moving harnesses compact and reduces the number of separate cable runs between the drive and the motor.

The internal layout of 5x2.5 mm² + 5x0.34 mm² + (2x2x0.34 mm²) provides five power cores, five auxiliary cores, and two shielded twisted pairs for differential data, so drive electronics can share the same sheath with control feedback. The shielded pairs support stable signal transmission, while the larger conductors carry motor power and auxiliary circuits in the same cable. Factory-fitted terminations use the RHS0006-REH0800-RHS0006 connector set, allowing quick connection at both motor and cabinet ends. A PUR outer jacket resists oils, cutting fluids, and mechanical abrasion common in machine tools. For fixed installation, the cable may bend down to 5 x AD, whereas dynamic sections inside drag chains must respect a radius of 10 x AD to preserve conductor life during repeated motion.

Temperature limits complement the mechanical data. Permanent routing in control cabinets, cable ducts, or gantry structures is permitted from -30 to +40 °C, while moving segments can operate between -20 to +40 °C without loss of flexibility. An outer diameter of 16.2 mm ±0.5 mm fits common M20 or M25 cable glands and matches divider slots in medium-size drag chains. For storage and transport, the assembly tolerates temperatures from -30 to +60 °C. The jacket contains no silicone or halogen, which helps reduce corrosive gas generation in fire scenarios.
