RKH0411 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat

The RKH0411 is a prefabricated motion-class cable assembly manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RKH Hybrid Cables series. As a hybrid cable, it routes motor power and signal lines through a single jacket, which reduces chain fill and simplifies wiring inside automated machinery. In industrial automation, the assembly links moving servo axes to their drives while tolerating repetitive motion and the mechanical stress common in multi-axis equipment. Using one combined cable path also reduces the number of separate cable runs that must move with the axis during operation.

RKH0411 is supplied in the Basic cable model, and its Ready-Made designation indicates that the jacket is cut to length and terminated at the factory. The Hybrid Cable format combines conductors for power, encoder signals, and protective earth inside one profile, so only one moving cable has to be routed through the machine. The cable withstands 5,000,000 bending cycles under continuous flexing, and its dynamic bending radius is 10 × D to help reduce conductor fatigue during rapid motion. For slower or fixed installations, the static bending radius is 5 × D, which allows tighter routing when the cable does not flex in service. This layout is well suited to drag-chain routing and other moving cable applications where space is limited.

The assembly is equipped with a drive-side RHS0005 connector and a motor-side RHS0011 connector, so installation only requires mating the keyed plugs with the corresponding Indramat sockets. The prefabricated ends also remove the need for field termination on the cable itself. It remains functional from -40 °C to 80 °C during operation, and the same limits apply during storage, which simplifies handling before installation. Because power and data lines share one sealed jacket, the cable presents fewer external snag points and fits compact energy-chain layouts where surrounding equipment may expose it to both cold and heat.
