The RKH0351 is an industrial cable produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RKH Hybrid Cables series. This wiring component links servo drives to field devices by combining power conductors, control cores, and optional data pairs in a single sheath, reducing panel space and assembly complexity. As the link between moving machine axes and stationary control cabinets, it must tolerate continuous motion while maintaining low-resistance paths for motor phases, brake supply, and encoder feedback. By placing several circuits in one jacket, the cable helps keep moving cable packages narrower on articulated axes and gantry systems. A combined cable path can also reduce bend points at the motor end, which helps maintain orderly routing in compact automation cells.

Mechanically, the cable is a hybrid cable, so the bundled cores support both power and signal functions without separate harnesses. Both ends are terminated; the drive side uses a RHS0010 plug, while the motor side carries a RHS0021 plug, which removes the need for on-site crimping and shortens installation time. The cable is rated for 5,000,000 bending cycles in an energy-chain test, and dynamic movement is permitted at a minimum loop of 8 × D, where D is the outer diameter. This arrangement supports repeated travel on pick-and-place units, transfer axes, and other machines that route one cable through constant motion. Preassembled connectors also reduce the chance of wiring mismatches between the drive end and the motor end.

During idle positioning or fixed routing, the allowable loop tightens to 4 × D, so wiring trays can remain compact once motion stops. Thermal endurance spans from -40 °C to 80 °C, covering cold storage areas as well as heated production zones, and the same limits apply during operation and storage. The cable follows the Basic design of the series, using a standard sheath and shielding arrangement that balances flexibility with electromagnetic compatibility. The standard construction supports stable routing in cabinets, cable carriers, and fixed machine sections. Consistent temperature behavior also helps the cable remain usable in machines that move between unheated loading areas and warmer process sections.
