RKH0341 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat

The RKH0341 is a flexible industrial cable manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RKH Hybrid Cables series. It is a hybrid cable assembly that combines multiple conductors within one jacket to simplify machine wiring and reduce the number of separate cable runs needed between the drive and the motor. Because it is supplied pre-terminated, installation on automated production lines is more direct and requires no field termination. The cable is intended to move with cable chains and other dynamic guides, providing power and signal links between control cabinets and mobile axes in automated equipment.

Durability in motion is rated for 5,000,000 flex cycles, allowing long service life in repetitive travel applications. During operation, the cable can bend to a minimum dynamic loop of 10×D, where D is the outer diameter, while stationary routing can use a tighter 5×D bend radius. Its operating temperature range extends from -40 °C to +80 °C, allowing use in cold production areas as well as heated enclosures. These operating limits support stable conductor performance and insulation behavior during continuous movement, repeated bending, and fixed routing inside enclosed machine structures.

The cable is supplied with a motor-side RHS0015 connector and a drive-side RHS0024 connector, which removes the need for on-site crimping. The conductors use raw cable identifier REH0800, which indicates the cable family and cross-section arrangement used in the assembly. The configuration is Cable Model Basic, and the assembly is categorized as Ready-Made rather than bulk cable. This format is suited to applications that require a factory-terminated hybrid cable for direct installation between a drive cabinet and a moving motor connection, especially where routing space is limited and consistent connector fit is important.
