RKH0301 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat

The RKH0301 hybrid cable is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RKH Hybrid Cables series. It combines motor power conductors, encoder pairs, and auxiliary cores in a single sheath, enabling compact routing between servo drives and moving axes in automated machinery. By consolidating multiple signal types, the cable simplifies installation and maintains consistent electrical performance during repetitive motion in drag-chain or robot dress-pack applications.

Its copper core arrangement of 5x2.5 + 5x0.34 + (2x2x0.34) mm² carries three-phase power, control signals, and two shielded twisted pairs for feedback without a separate harness. The outer sheath is made of PUR, a thermoplastic elastomer selected for abrasion, oil, and coolant resistance during continuous motion. Endurance is rated for 5,000,000 bending cycles, supporting repeated flexing in dynamic cable paths. For power-side termination, the cable uses a RHS0005/C03 Kcu connector that locks with screw flanges to help prevent loosening under vibration. Dynamic routing requires a minimum flexural loop of 162 mm, while stationary routing permits a smaller bend radius. The bulk material designation REH0800 is used for the cable construction in this series.

The cable is drag-chain suitable, so the jacket elasticity and copper strand design support high reciprocating speeds without corkscrewing. On the motor side, a compact RHS0001/C03 Ksm connector carries feedback and auxiliary power through keyed inserts that help prevent cross-mating. Safe operation is maintained up to 40 °C, while storage can extend to 60 °C when the cable is not in use. Overall diameter measures 16.2 mm (±0.5), which fits standard energy-chain separators and cabinet glands without excessive fill.
