RKH0214 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat

The RKH0214 is a factory-terminated cable assembly produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RKH Hybrid Cables series. It carries motor power and signal circuits in one flexible assembly between a servo drive and a motor, which reduces the number of separate cables that must be routed through the machine. Because power and feedback share one jacket, the cable can pass through carriers, machine joints, and cabinet exits with less routing complexity than separate assemblies. This format is useful on compact equipment where separate motor and feedback cables would otherwise compete for space in the same motion path. Its ready-made construction eliminates on-site crimping and helps keep installation consistent in automated equipment.

The cable is rated for 5,000,000 bending cycles, allowing repeated motion in drag-chain applications without conductor failure. A molded RHS0011 connector on the drive end mates with a molded RHS0016 connector on the motor end, which helps preserve correct pin assignment across power and feedback circuits. During continuous motion, the jacket must not be bent tighter than a 10 × D dynamic radius to protect the conductor bundle, and fixed installation requires a 5 × D bending radius. Inside the outer sheath, the conductors follow the REH0800 inner cable type, providing the conductor arrangement used for this cable family. This matched layout keeps motor power lines and signal pairs together in one cable rather than in separately routed leads.

This assembly is a Hybrid Cable, so one run handles motor power conductors together with feedback pairs and reduces the number of cabinet exits needed for a servo axis. It can be installed in environments down to -40 °C and continues to function up to 80 °C, covering cold starts as well as elevated temperatures around active machinery. The cable uses the basic construction version with standard shielding and jacket material. Standard shielding is included in this version, and the shared jacket keeps the cable bundle compact along longer axis runs. That construction supports both moving carrier systems and fixed tray routing where a single preassembled connection is preferred over separate power and signal cables.
