During continuous movement, the cable requires a dynamic bending radius of 10 × D, while fixed routing can use a tighter 5 × D radius when the assembly is clamped in place. The permitted temperature range is -40 °C to +80 °C, allowing use in both cold starts and warm production environments. Factory-crimped contacts also reduce connection variability and help preserve the intended interface geometry at both ends. Inside the jacket, the power cores, signal pairs, and protective conductor are grouped under a single shield to help control electromagnetic interference during axis motion.
