The RKH0210 hybrid cable is a factory-terminated extension for moving-axis servo modules. It combines power conductors, signal pairs, and auxiliary lines in a single sheath, which reduces cabinet crowding and simplifies routing in automated machinery. Using one cable instead of several separate runs also helps keep moving assemblies compact on robots, transfer axes, and similar equipment. The single-sheath format is well suited to motion platforms that need both power delivery and feedback transmission along the same moving path. When used in energy-chain carriers, the cable supports frequent flexing while maintaining stable electrical transmission during repeated motion.

The cable is rated for 5,000,000 bending cycles, indicating its intended endurance in dynamic service. It is supplied as a Ready-Made harness, so cutting and crimping are not required at the installation point, and the factory terminations remain intact from end to end. Its Hybrid Cable design combines motor phases, encoder feedback, and 24 V auxiliary lines under one jacket. Both ends use the RHS0011 connector, which keeps the connection format consistent. For moving applications, the minimum bend radius is 10xD, while fixed routing can use a tighter 5xD radius.

An REH0800 intermediate coupler can be used when the cable run needs a separable extension point between sections. It is used with Bosch Rexroth Indramat drive systems and matches the connection style used in the RKH Hybrid Cables line. This arrangement allows cable sections to be separated without removing adjacent drag-chain sections, which is useful in dense moving assemblies. It also avoids loose transition wiring between cable segments. Shielding continuity, drain-wire continuity, and color-coded molding remain consistent across the coupler interface, helping maintain signal quality during high-speed axis movement.
